Refund policy

FOR CUSTOMERS IN AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

This refund policy applies specifically to customers based in Australia and New Zealand.

At Humma, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Due to the hygienic nature of our collagen-infused mouth tape, we maintain strict return guidelines to ensure the safety of all customers.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is unopened and in its original packaging
  • The item is in resalable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products, even if only partially used.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed once approved.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photo evidence of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

We do not offer refunds for faulty products — replacement only.
