Shipping policy

Humma is committed to delivering your orders efficiently and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, and tracking for all Humma products.


Shipping Methods & Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Courier: Economy shipping with tracking included.
  • Estimated delivery time:
    New Zealand: Up to 3 working days from the date your order is processed.
    Australia: 3-6 working days from the date your order is processed.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or adverse weather.
  • Rural or remote addresses may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery 

  • All orders are shipped via tracked courier services.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may charge a re-delivery fee.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

  • Humma uses NZ Post for all deliveries.
  • While parcels are tracked, Humma is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once shipped.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at  hello@humma.co.nz and we’ll assist with tracking or resolving the issue.
